Terms & Conditions
These terms govern appointments made with Palm Luxury Spa at our Vesu branch, whether reserved by telephone, over WhatsApp, or taken as a walk-in. Booking a session means accepting what follows.
Reservations
A slot is confirmed once reception has your name, a contact number and the time you want. We hold the room for fifteen minutes beyond the agreed start; past that it may pass to a waiting guest. Arriving late shortens the session rather than extending it, because the next guest expects their room on time.
Settling the Bill
Payment is taken at the counter once your session ends, by the methods displayed at reception. What you pay depends on the therapy and its length, and the figure is confirmed to you before the session starts.
The 20% Offer
The flat 20% advertised here applies to therapies at our Vesu branch and is deducted at the counter when you mention the website. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and it does not stack with another running promotion unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Changing or Cancelling
Ring us as early as you can if plans change — a couple of hours is usually enough for us to offer the slot elsewhere. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation before holding a room in future.
Health and Suitability
Before the session begins, tell your therapist about injuries, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery or any medical condition, so pressure and oils can be altered or a therapy declined where it is unwise. Massage here is for relaxation and general wellbeing; it is not medical treatment.
Refusal of Service
We may alter, limit or decline a service on grounds of availability, staff safety or a guest's health. Anyone intoxicated, or behaving inappropriately towards our staff or other guests, will be asked to leave at once with no refund.
Conduct and Belongings
Please treat our therapists and premises with courtesy and follow the guidance given at reception. Keep valuables with you; the spa accepts no responsibility for cash or personal items left unattended.
Liability
Save where the law provides otherwise, Palm Luxury Spa is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your visit, including a reaction to an oil or product where the relevant condition was not disclosed to us beforehand.

Information gathered while booking is handled under our Privacy Policy and is not passed to unauthorised third parties.
Amendments
We may revise these terms periodically. The version published on this page at the moment you book is the version that applies to that booking.
